Headshot of Krishina. Smiling, friendly, warm, inviting, safe.

Hi, I’m Krishina.

I thought I understood connection.

I’d done enough work to talk about it intelligently. I understood the idea that “we’re all connected.” That the people we’ve lost don’t really leave. That something bigger than us is always present.

I could explain it. It resonated. It made sense.
I just hadn’t felt it.

The first time I sat with mushroom medicine, that changed. It wasn’t something I could explain afterward. It was something I knew in my body without having adequate words for it.

The kind of knowing that stays. I felt the presence of loved ones I had lost. I felt the thread connecting me to everything around me—not as a concept, but as something real and immediate.

That was the moment I understood the difference between understanding something and actually knowing it.

This is the gap my work lives in. It’s where something moves from understood to felt. From concept to experience.

That’s what stays with me and why I do this work.

Since my first encouter, I’ve been present for well over 100 journeys—my own and others’. I guide retreats and ceremonies for people who are done explaining it to themselves—and ready to know.
