Day Trip Experiences
A day for what deserves your full attention
Day Trips are private, focused expanded-state experiences built around what you want to explore now—an important question, transition, relationship, identity, creative desire, blocks, unprocessed emotions, or something asking for deeper attention.
You have the time, privacy, preparation, and guided support to be present with what matters.
what’s a day trip?
Focused work. Built around you.
A Day Trip is a private experience centered on you—or two people choosing to journey together.
The intention, pace, environment, and support are shaped around what you are bringing into the experience.
Sage Wise Co. is rooted in the belief that this work is an ongoing relationship with intentional expanded-state practice. Like any meaningful practice, depth develops over time through experience, reflection, integration, and returning with intention. One journey can be meaningful, while continued practice allows that relationship to deepen over time.
There doesn’t have to be one perfect reason to sit in ceremony.
You may arrive with a clear intention, several connected questions, or simply the sense that something in your life deserves more of your attention.
You might explore: Grief, change, identity, or relationships
A decision or transition you want to see differently.
A pattern, belief, or assumption you want to understand more clearly.
A desire to reconnect with intuition, creativity, or what you actually want.
A return to intentional expanded-state practice with preparation and support.
What it’s like to journey
“Every. Single. Journey. Is. Different.
There’s so much to uncover about who and what we are.”
—Krishina Riggs
If this is your first expanded-state experience, you may have questions about what might happen, what you might feel, and what support is available if the experience becomes intense. And you might feel incredibly nervous or uncertain—that’s completely normal.
At Sage Wise Co., preparation is part of the experience. Mindset, environment, music, pace, and facilitation all shape the journey. Before your Day Trip, we explain what to expect, how support is offered, and what may happen if the experience becomes difficult or overwhelming. Transparency is important to us, so you understand what is happening around you throughout the process.
People sometimes worry about having a “bad trip.” Journeys sometimes (not always) can become emotional, uncomfortable, or challenging for a few moments—that does not automatically mean something is wrong. With the level of preparation, intention, and support built into a Day Trip, the conditions are designed to reduce the likelihood of adverse effects. If something difficult does arise, Sage Wise Co. is there to help you stay grounded and move through it without forcing the journey in a particular direction.
This experience is yours. You are not confined to one room, one bed, or one way of being. You may want to lie down, sit up, move to another room, go outside, walk, talk, listen to music, be quiet, or simply be still. The environment is designed to give you the freedom to follow what the journey is asking of you in that moment.
Music is intentionally curated to support the arc of the journey, creating space for depth, emotion, movement, reflection, and return.
One of the most powerful aspects of an expanded-state experience can be the way different parts of your life begin to connect. Over time, we accumulate experiences, relationships, memories, choices, losses, desires, and questions. During a journey, connections between those pieces can become more visible, offering a different perspective on the larger story of your life.
Those insights can also be fleeting.
For that reason, parts of the experience may be captured and transcribed with your knowledge and consent. This gives you something concrete to return to during integration and helps preserve insights that may otherwise become difficult to recall afterward.
The experience is not designed to produce a specific outcome. Sage Wise Co. creates the conditions for exploration through preparation, transparency, thoughtful support, and freedom for the journey to unfold in the way that feels most natural to you.

About Krishina
I create experiences where you can be fully yourself—quiet, emotional, uncertain, joyful, reflective, expressive—without needing to perform or arrive feeling fearless.
My role is to prepare the space, help you to feel safe, cared for and suppored, guide the experience, pay attention to what is happening, ask useful questions, support what surfaces, and help you bring what matters back into the way you live.
My work is informed by years of apprenticeship and personal practice, extensive firsthand journey experience, private and group journey facilitation, journey retreats, and years of facilitating community circles.
After guiding 100+ journeys, this work continues to deepen for me. It’s my absolute honor and priveledge to witness my community reclaim their innate power and be guided by their true inner wisdom to create lives that are more authentic, confident, peaceful, joyous and loving.
