Every element of this retreat has been thoughtfully designed.

The sequence, the pacing, the balance of structure and spaciousness, time in community and time alone—each day builds upon the one before it. There is a natural rhythm to the week that allows insights to deepen, relationships to unfold, and your experience to integrate as you move through it.

This itinerary is more than a schedule. It's an invitation.

An invitation to slow down enough to hear yourself.

To reconnect with your body, your joy, your intuition, and your relationship with God.

To remember that purpose isn't something waiting for you in the future. It's already expressing itself through your life. Sometimes all that's needed is the space to recognize it.

Sedona and Flagstaff each offer a different invitation. The Earth calls us inward. The night sky calls us outward. Together, they create space to remember that we are both deeply rooted and infinitely connected.

Purpose begins to feel less like a destination and more like a relationship with life itself.

Like any meaningful experience, this retreat has a life of its own. While the overall flow of the week remains the same, we honor what naturally unfolds within the group and allow space for the experience to breathe.

Activities marked with an asterisk (*) are optional.

Full participation is encouraged.

THE LANGUAGE OF LIVING ON PURPOSE

Day Two

Every life is shaped by the stories we believe.

Some stories expand us. Others quietly keep us small. Many were never consciously chosen—they were inherited, learned, or repeated until they felt true.

Today's invitation is to become aware of the language that's been shaping your life. The words you choose become the life you create.

During our cacao ceremony and workshop, we'll explore how words influence identity, relationships, and the way purpose moves through us. Later, we'll spend time exploring Flagstaff, allowing the spaciousness of the day to settle into something deeper than understanding.

By evening, you may find yourself speaking about your life—and your purpose—in an entirely new way.

Day Three

Let the Land Remind You

The Earth has been here long before us, and it has much to teach those who are willing to listen.

Today, we leave behind the need to analyze, solve, or figure anything out. The invitation is much simpler: slow down, become present, and receive.

As we explore Sedona's sacred vortex sites, you'll have spacious time to walk, reflect, journal, and experience the land in your own way. Many people describe these places as deeply grounding, expansive, and supportive of healing and self-discovery. Whether you experience them as amplified earth energy or simply the power of being fully present in nature, you're invited to notice what arises without trying to force an outcome.

By evening, we'll gather to explore what it means to live as a channel for Purpose—not as something you chase, but as something that naturally moves through a life lived in alignment.

Day Four

SURRENDER TO THE MYSTERY

This is what the week has been building toward.

The morning is slow and intentional. We begin with mindfulness, a light breakfast, and space to arrive fully in the body before the day deepens.

From there, we gather for a preparation workshop to clarify your intention, soften the places that feel guarded, and honor the journey ahead. The sound bath creates a bridge between preparation and ceremony, giving the body space to settle and the mind space to quiet.

Each person will also meet privately with Krishina before the journey begins. This gives you time to ask final questions, share what’s present, and determine your dose together.

There is no rushing this day. Every element is part of the preparation.

The journey begins around 5:00 PM. You’ll be fully supported from start to finish.

Day Five

You are the vortex

After the medicine journey, we return to the land with new awareness.

The day begins gently, with space to rest, share, integrate, and let the experience settle into the body. This is where the insights begin becoming part of you.

We allow the land to meet us differently than it did before ceremony. What once felt outside of you may now feel closer. More alive. More familiar.

This is the deeper teaching of the vortex.

It is not only something you visit—it’s something you recognize within yourself.

Your own energy. Your own intuition. Your own connection to God, Earth, Spirit, and the unseen forces moving through your life.

By evening, we gather for closing ceremony and begin preparing to carry the experience home.

Day Six

THE return

As the retreat ends, the practice begins.

The conversations continue over breakfast, but something has changed. The questions that brought you here have softened. New ones may have emerged. Others may no longer need answers.

As you pack your bags, you're not leaving this experience behind. You're carrying it into your relationships, your work, your choices, and the way you move through the world.

Purpose isn't something that lives on a mountaintop or in the desert. It lives in ordinary moments. In the conversations you have. The boundaries you set. The courage to follow your joy. The way you love, create, serve, and show up each day.

This retreat is simply the beginning.
