Infinite Potential retreat Itinerary
April 22-27, 2026 | $3,200Every element of this retreat has been designed with intention.
The sequence matters. The pacing matters. The balance of structure and spaciousness, ceremony and integration, community and solitude — all of it has been thoughtfully crafted to support the deepest possible experience.
You'll notice the Redwoods appear twice in this itinerary. That's not an accident. On Day 2 you walk among them carrying whatever you brought with you — your patterns, your limitations, your unanswered questions. On Day 5 you return having moved through the workshops, medicine ceremony and sharing circles. The same trees. A completely different person standing in front of them.
That's the arc of this week.
That said, transformational retreats have a life of their own. If the group needs more or less time for different activities on a given day, we honor that — allowing the experience to serve the group fully.
Activities marked with an asterisk (*) are optional.
Full participation is encouraged.

tree teachings: freedom from limitations
Day TwoThe Redwoods have been growing for thousands of years — unbothered, unhurried, and fully themselves. Today we take a lesson from them.
In the morning workshop and cacao ceremony, we begin examining where we've been playing small. Where we've handed away our power, accepted limitations that were never actually ours, and stopped trusting our own knowing. The forest will be our classroom in the afternoon — there's something about standing next to a 300-foot tree that makes your self-imposed limits feel a little less permanent.
By evening, we start to let them go.

Day ThreeSpace to Expand: Ferns and Lagoons
Today we venture south along the coast — first into Fern Canyon, where 50-foot walls of ancient ferns have been growing for millions of years, then out to the vast open expanse of Humboldt Lagoons. Enclosed and ancient in the morning. Wide open and coastal in the afternoon. The contrast is intentional — and after yesterday's work, your nervous system will know exactly what to do with it.
There's a kind of perspective shift that only happens when you get out of your head and into something vast. That's what today is for.
This is the default group excursion — you're welcome to opt out and take the day for yourself.

Day FourJOurney into the infinite
This is what the week has been building toward.
The morning is slow and quiet by design. We move gently — mindfulness, a light breakfast, space to arrive fully in your body before the day deepens.
In the afternoon we gather for an intention-setting workshop and sound bath. You'll clarify what you're bringing into the journey and what you're ready to release. Then each person meets privately with Krishina to discuss their individual experience with the medicine, ask any final questions, and determine their dose together.
There is no rushing this day. Every element of it is preparation.
The journey begins around 5:00 PM. You will be fully supported from start to finish.

Day FiveRoots and Remembering
The journey was last night. Today is where it lands.
We gather in the morning for a sharing circle — a space to speak what arose, to be witnessed by the group, and to hear what others received.
In the afternoon, the Redwoods are waiting. The same trees you walked among on Day 2 will look different today. Go back and see what they have to teach you now with new perspective. Or stay at the house, rest, and let the integration continue quietly.
The 1:1 sessions in the afternoon give you private time with Krishina to process anything that needs more space.
Tonight we close the container together.

Day SixCarry It Home
The retreat ends today. The work doesn't.
What's different isn't your life — it's you. Your life will look the same when you return. The same job, the same relationships, the same routines. But you'll meet them differently. From that shift, radical change becomes possible.
This morning is simple. A light breakfast, time to pack, and a gentle transition back into the world.
