Between Who You Were and Who You're Becoming

A 6-day / 5-night ceremonial retreat in the ancient California Redwoods
for those who know there’s more to access within themselves

April 22–27, 2026 | Northern California Redwoods | Limited to 10 Spots

Why the Infinite Potential Retreat?

You’ve already done the work. You understand your patterns. You’ve read the books, had the insights, made the connections. You can articulate what’s happening in your life—and why. But there’s a gap.

Between what you understand… and how you actually live. Between the version of you that knows—and the version of you that shows up in your day-to-day life. This retreat is built for that gap.

It’s not more information. It’s not another layer of awareness. It brings what you already know into your body, your decisions, and the way you live your life.

At the center of this experience is the mushroom ceremony. Not something you casually try—a process that’s prepared for, respected, and intentionally held. It reaches places that thinking alone doesn’t. This is where the shift happens.

You see what’s true. What isn’t.
What you’ve been holding.
What you’re ready to move.

And instead of moving past it, you stay with it—present, supported—until it lands. Something needs to actually shift. Not just be understood.

This work isn’t for everyone. If you’re looking for something casual or you’re curious, but not fully in—this isn’t for that.

If you know you’re at a point where something needs to change—not eventually, not conceptually, but in a real, lived way—this is where that happens.

You know if you’re ready.

I came seeking clarity, connection, and healing — and I left transformed. This is more than a retreat. It is a spiritual homecoming.

My own personal journey provided clarity and healing in areas that I didn’t realize were a problem. My life is enriched by attending this retreat.

This retreat is for you

At a certain point, understanding stops being the problem. You can see what’s happening. You can name it. You can explain it. But it hasn’t fully translated into your life.

There’s still a gap between what you know… and the way your decisions, relationships, and patterns actually play out. More thinking doesn’t move it.

You can see what needs to change, but it isn’t locking in. The same patterns still show up. The same decisions still get delayed or softened.

That’s the point this work is designed for.

It brings you into direct experience—and the truth lands. This is for someone who is no longer looking for insight. The’re done understanding. They’re ready to live.

WHY THE REDWOODS?

Redwood trees grow in many parts of the world. But only in the right conditions do they reach their full scale—hundreds of feet tall, rooted for thousands of years.

The ancient California Redwoods are one of the only places on Earth where trees reach that height. When you’re in that forest, it’s immediately clear you’re in a different environment. The scale isn’t conceptual—you feel it. Your sense of time shifts. Your attention sharpens. You notice what’s been sitting under the surface.

Mental loops you’ve been circling.
Decisions you’ve been putting off.
Truths you’ve been softening or avoiding.
Conversations go deeper.
Silence isn’t empty—it’s full.
What you’ve been avoiding becomes harder to avoid.

The forest doesn’t change you. It removes enough interference for you to hear yourself clearly.

For six days, this is the environment you’re inside of. And that matters—because your environment shapes what you’re able to access.

Krishina is clearly passionate about curating medicine spaces. I’ve embraced plant medicines for 20 years and derived immense value from this retreat. 10/10 would do again.

About The MUSHROOM CEREMONY

I’ve worked with this medicine closely for years, and I hold it with deept respect. I’ve been present for over 100 journeys—my own and others’.

I don’t approach it as something to take. I approach it as something to listen to.

In the right setting, it brings forward what’s ready to be seen. It reveals what’s been sitting underneath the surface—what matters, what’s out of alignment, and what you’ve been holding onto.

The ceremony is one part of the larger experience we share during the retreat. We prepare beforehand. You understand what to expect. You’re supported by the group, myself and the sober, safety facilitor. No one is required or expected to take the medicine. Each person decides for themselves, on the day of the ceremony, whether to participate or to remain present in the space without ingesting.

Some people choose to sit with the group and not take mushrooms. They still experience the ceremony through presence, observation, and the shared environment. Your decision is respected, and you’re supported throughout.

There is time built in for preparation before, and for integration after—so what comes up has space to land, not get bypassed.

This is held carefully. You’re guided, supported, and given the space to stay with what arises.

—Krishina, Ceremony Guide

ABOUT YOUR GUIDE

My name is Krishina Riggs, founder of Sage Wise Co.

I didn’t set out to guide retreats or work with sacred mushrooms. I spent years building a life that looked normal on the outside—while quietly feeling something was off.

I was an entrepreneur. Busy. Productive. Building things that were supposed to make me happy, but underneath, there was a growing awareness that I wasn’t fully aligned with what I was creating.

That realization changed the direction of my life.

I was introduced to sacred mushrooms during a time in my life I was seeking clarity and began working with them intentionally.

What I experienced wasn’t an escape or a shortcut. It was a direct encounter with parts of myself I had been too busy—or too unwilling—to see clearly.

That work became a practice.

Not just the experiences themselves, but the reflection, the integration, and the commitment to living more honestly.

Sage Wise Co. grew out of that. Not as an idea—but as a response to what I had lived and understood firsthand.

My role is not to tell you what your path should be. It’s to create a safe space that is clear, grounded, and well-held—so you can access your own experience with honesty, care, and trust in what unfolds.

I guide the experience. I don’t control it. And I don’t carry it for you.

I share this work with my husband, Dustin, who is an integral part of every retreat. During ceremony, he remains completely sober and fully present—his sole focus is the safety and wellbeing of everyone in the room. That presence matters. It allows the space to stay grounded, so people can go as deep as they need to—without hesitation.

As for me, I don’t stand outside of the experience. I’m in it—with you. In the room. In the process. In relationship with what’s unfolding. The structure is there. The space is held, but what happens here isn’t something performed or managed. It’s something real. Something shared. And that’s what allows people to go as deep as they need to—without losing the sense that they’re supported the entire time.

Krishina doesn’t just facilitate — she transmits. Her presence is steady and luminous. This was not a retreat that simply offered rest — it offered reclamation.
— Bailie, Redwoods Retreat Guest
I’m a single mom who was really working through some heavy stuff and these experiences saved my life. Truly. Everyone is met where they are. There is no expectation. It allows you the safety you need to really go where you need to go.

Who attends this kind of retreat?

Every group is a little different, but the people who find their way here tend to share a few things:

They’re thoughtful. Reflective.
They take their inner life seriously.
Most have already done a lot of work on themselves.
They’ve read the books.
Asked the questions.
Tried to understand what’s underneath the surface.

And still… something feels just out of reach. Some carry a lot of responsibility. Others have built a life that looks great on the outside—and know something deeper is asking for their attention.

For some, there’s a quiet sense that something is shifting—and they don’t want to navigate it alone. They come to see more clearly. And almost always—the connections become one of the most meaningful parts of the experience.

Strangers arrive. Family leaves.

PARTICIPANTS OFTEN LEAVE WITH…

Every experience is different.

No two journeys unfold the same way, but there are certain shifts people consistently describe after spending this time together in the forest:

People leave with clarity around what they’ve been circling.
Honesty about what’s aligned—and what isn’t.
Emotional weight they didn’t realize they were still carrying—gone, or at least lighter.
A stronger sense of what they already know.
And the trust to act on it.
And almost always—connection with the people they shared it with.

That tends to stay too. For some, the shift is quiet—but undeniable. For others, it becomes a clear turning point—the moment things started to move.

THIS RETREAT MAY NOT BE RIGHT FOR YOU IF

You’re looking for a vacation or a casual getaway.

This isn’t that.

If you want entertainment, fine luxury, or something to distract you from your life—
this isn’t it.

If you’re looking for a quick solution, or someone to give you answers—
this probably isn’t the right fit.

This work asks something of you.

Presence. Honesty. A willingness to look at what’s actually there.

And to engage with it.

For the right person, that’s exactly what makes it worthwhile.

I have been doing conscious inner work for years and I sensed that I was able to embody all of the information I’ve previously learned after just one journey. THIS. IS. TRUE. HEALING.
— D.R., Sage Wise Co. Retreat Guest
The space that Krishina and her husband held was warm, grounded, and incredibly welcoming. It allowed me to feel safe stepping fully into my higher self, my inner wisdom, and my authentic spiritual expression. I left feeling more awakened, more connected, and deeply supported.

Frequently Asked Questions

Still have questions? Take a look at the FAQ or reach out anytime. If you’re feeling ready, go ahead and apply now.

  • No prior experience is necessary. Many guests experience plant medicine for the first time during retreat. We spend time in preparation together before the ceremony so you know what to expect and feel adequately prepared. You are fully supported throughout the experience.

  • Safety is the foundation everything else is built on—and it begins long before you arrive.

Every applicant completes a thorough intake questionnaire to ensure the experience is appropriate for them. Psilocybin is among the safest substances known—research consistently shows it carries significantly lower risk than many over-the-counter medications available at any pharmacy. That said, it isn't right for everyone.

Participants with a history of certain serious mental health conditions, a family history of psychosis or schizophrenia, or those currently taking SSRIs are reviewed carefully and individually. If there is any question about whether the experience is appropriate for you, we will discuss it honestly during your connection call.

Your wellbeing is the priority—before, during, and after the ceremony. During the ceremony, a completely sober and trained safety facilitator is present at all times—dedicated solely to the care and wellbeing of every guest.

  • This is especially for you! Many guests are coaches, therapists, and practitioners who come here as people wanting to experience a breakthrough. The more self-aware you are going in, the more you tend to get out of the experience.

  • Being nervous is completely normal—and honestly, it's a good sign. It means you're approaching this with the humility and reverence the experience deserves.

The medicine is powerful. But it's equally as gentle, loving, and exciting. Most people find that the nervousness transforms into something else entirely once they're in the container and feel the care and intention surrounding them.

We will discuss any specific concerns during our connection call.

  • The group container is intimate by design. Each retreat is intentionally limited to a small group—not just for logistical reasons, but because real connection requires it.

Something happens when a small group of growth-oriented people step away from their lives together, share the land, and move through ceremony side by side. The medicine and the forest create a common thread of experience that bonds people in a way that's difficult to explain and impossible to manufacture.

Most guests leave with more than clarity—they leave with a few new people they'll know for years. Many return to future retreats not just for the experience itself, but to be back in that kind of company again.

  • All meals are plant-based and gluten-free. Additional needs may be accommodated case by case. If an alternate menu is necessary due to allergies, that may be available at an additional charge.

  • A $1,000 non-refundable deposit holds your spot. The remaining balance is due 60 days before the retreat. Cancellations more than 60 days before the retreat date will receive a refund less the non-refundable deposit. Cancellations inside 60 days are non-refundable. In the event that you cannot attend, you are welcome to transfer your ticket to someone else.
